Christal Brown

Christal Brown is the Chief Visioning Officer of Steps and Stages Coaching, Facilitation, and Consulting. She blends her creativity, background in education, and spiritual insight into the practice of establishing, structuring, and implementing vision in the lives of individuals, institutions, relationships, and families.

Coach Christal specializes in the creation and activation of Vision. Having been a professional artist for over 20 years. Coach Christal knows first-hand what it means to catalyze imagination into reality.

For over 10 years Coach Christal has worked with creatives, entrepreneurs, educators and executives, to help them clarify their vision and accelerate their results. Coach Christal is adamant that no professional development can happen without personal development.

Christy Rutherford

Christy Rutherford is an international speaker, 8x author, and founder of Vision Finder International, a leadership development company that assists organizations with employee retention and promotions through mindfulness and strategic relationships.

Christy has assisted her clients with earning over $20 million in salary raises and small business revenue but more notably, she's has prevented hundreds of women from burning out, and helped 30 alleviate stress-related illnesses (high blood pressure, diabetes, lupus, fibroids, anxiety, depression, etc.). Her work also saved 30 marriages.

As a thought leader in her industry, she hosts the globally ranked podcast "The Pay Raise Playbook” and has spoken to thousands of people in leadership positions worldwide in organizations such as JP Morgan, Facebook, Harvard Medical School, and Investment News, to name a few.

Christy Rutherford

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Christy is a globally recognized Thought Leader, executive coach and keynote speaker. 

A Harvard Business School Alumna and certified Executive Leadership Coach by Georgetown University, Christy assists women with getting promoted through office politics and self-care. She has assisted her clients with earning over $15 million in salary raises since 2020.

She has been featured in Black Enterprise and Forbes several times as a women's leadership and development expert. An author, Christy, has published eight books.  

Christy is the 13th African American woman to achieve the rank of Commander (Lieutenant Colonel equivalent) in the US Coast Guard's 230+ year history. 

She was an early responder to the citizens in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, had a 3-year Congressional Fellowship with the House of Representatives, and shows versatility in her academic portfolio, which includes an MBA and pastry chef diploma.

Her many professional accomplishments include being the Harvard Business School’s 2018 Launching New Ventures Pitch Contest Grand Master Champion, listing in Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals, being a Career Communications STEM Technology All-Star, and being awarded the Edward R. Williams Award for Excellence in Diversity.

Rhea Wong

Rhea helps nonprofits raise more money. Though she has deep experience with institutional, corporate and event fund-raising, she is passionate about major individual donors and helping organizations to establish individual giving programs.

She has raised millions of dollars in private philanthropy and is passionate about building the next generation of fundraising leaders.

She has become a leader in the New York nonprofit community and is a frequent educational commentator in the media. She has been recognized with the SmartCEO Brava Award in 2015 and NY Nonprofit Media’s 40 under 40 in 2017.

Rhea Wong

Rhea helps nonprofits raise more money. Though she has deep experience with institutional, corporate and event fund-raising, she is passionate about major individual donors and helping organizations to establish individual giving programs.
